Legal analytics platform for audit automation — contracts, bank statements, tax data, and registry records with bankruptcy insights for fintech and insolvency professionals. I lead product engineering end to end: technical direction, full-stack delivery, and the practices that keep the platform reliable in production.

- Own technical direction and architecture — engineering lead and day-to-day counterpart to product on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Introduced AI agent workflows across all delivery stages — scaffolding, review prep, documentation, and implementation — increasing team development speed ~3×.
- Set how the team ships: code review standards, mentoring, engineering documentation, and GitLab delivery workflows shaped around actual delivery.
- Support the embedded analytics track when integration or architecture decisions need input — day-to-day implementation is owned by a dedicated engineer on the team.
Hands-on engineering
- Full-stack delivery: Node.js and Python services, frontend platform, and application integration layer — UI kit, component libraries, and patterns for data-heavy audit workflows.
- Built the analytical reports cluster end to end: document-processing workflows, a UI editor for uploaded report files with staff validation, and supporting services for automated report generation.
- Integration with ClickHouse, Postgres, and Superset — and architecture-level review where Java services connect to the product stack.

- Ottisk CRM — full-cycle order management with Kanban pipeline, KPIs, live costing, and in-order collaboration; established testing and delivery standards that reduced manual QA and stabilized releases.
- Couriers Delivery Service — took the courier workflow from concept to production as frontend lead; CRM integration so dispatch could run autonomously.
